These are work-based programmes for employees living and working in England. It is a government initiative where the employee pays NOTHING. For the employer it is either already paid for or there is a co-investment scheme where they only pay 5% (the government pays the 95% balance)
With these work-based programme, OEB will ensure staff will gain the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours required from the programme. The organisation gets people to help the organisation become more successful business. Becoming a work-based learner gives you the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to successfully progress through your career while employers enjoy motivated and better trained staff who are more likely to stay and improve productivity and help drive growth.
